  • 1 can (12 ounces)tuna,drained
  • 5 tablespoons grainy mustard
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup butter,melted
  • 1/2 cup milk, a little less can alway add a bit more
  • 3/4 cup gruyère cheese,shredded
  • 1 5/8 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoons baking powder

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a bowl

  • Step 2: Combine flour and baking powder.

  • Step 3: Then add the eggs one by one,

  • Step 4: The melted butter, grainy mustard and the milk.

  • Step 6: Add the Gruyère, then crumbled tuna.

  • Step 7: Pour into a silicone mold or buttered cake pan.
