Step 1: Peel,dice and cook potatoes until soft in center. Let cool
Step 2: Peel eggs and chop, set aside
Step 3: Mix mayo, mustard, sweet relish, onion and capers in large bowl
Step 4: Add potatoes and mix thoroughly
Step 5: Fold in gently chopped eggs
Step 6: Sprinkle with paprika
Step 7: Let sit in fridge minimum four hours or overnight.
