Step 1: Melt butter in medium saucepan. Sauté onion about 5 minutes or until just golden.
Step 2: Stir in the bulgur. Cook the mixture another 1-2 minutes.
Step 3: Add broth, pepper, and salt.
Step 4: Stir ingredients to mix well.
Step 5: Cover pan, reduce heat to low, and simmer pilaf about 15 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
