  • 1/4 pound chorizo
  • 1/4 pound ham,diced

  • 1 cup red bell peppers,chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper,minced
  • 1 pound sweet potato,chopped
  • 1 can (28 ounces) tomatoes
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 mango,peeled,chopped
  • 2 cans (30 ounces) black beans, (15 ounces each) ,drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 cup cilantro,minced

  • Step 1: In stock pot

  • Step 2: Heat oil cook chorizo and ham

  • Step 3: Add peppers and onion

  • Step 8: Add sweet potatoes

  • Step 9: Simmer 40 minutes

  • Step 10: Turn off heat
