  • 7 ounces dry fettuccine
  • 6 ounces parmesan cheese ,grated
  • 1 tablespoons fresh parsley,minced

  • Step 1: Cook the fettuccine to just al dente in salted water

  • Step 2: Drain

  • Step 3: Saving 1/2 cup pasta water

  • Step 4: Meanwhile

  • Step 5: Heat butter add onions and bell pepper

  • Step 6: Add garlic

  • Step 7: Add shrimp and crayfish

  • Step 8: Add seasoning

  • Step 9: Add cream

  • Step 10: Bring to a simmer

  • Step 13: Turn off heat add cheese if to tight add some pasta water

  • Step 14: Top with parsley
