How to Make

  • Step 1: Place broccolini in a large skillet. Drizzle with 1/4 cup water. Cover and cook over medium high heat for 5 to 6 minutes. Uncover and cook for 30 seconds or until the liquid evaporates. Remove the broccolini from the pan.

  • Step 2: Add the oil to the pan. swirl to coat. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant, stirring frequently. Return the broccolini to the skillet. Toss to coat and sprinkle with salt.
