Step 1: Heat oil and saute the leeks until they start to brown.
Step 2: Add the onions and meat and stir fry until everything is browned.
Step 3: Add the rice and stir together for a few minutes ensuring the rice is well blended.
Step 4: Add the stock, salt and pepper. Stir and bring to boil for 2 minutes.
Step 5: Pour the mixture into a large baking dish, place on the bottom self of a preheated oven at 350ºF
Step 6: Bake for 45 minutes - 1 hour. The dish is ready when all the liquid is evaporated and the rice is soft.
Step 7: Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
