  • 1 pound beef liver
  • 2 cans (30 ounces) golden mushroom soup,(15 ounces each)
  • 1 can(15 ounces)french onion soup
  • 2 cups onion, sliced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix soups together

  • Step 2: Spread a thin layer over bottom of 13"x9"x2" baking dish.

  • Step 3: Put a layer of liver, a layer of onions,and a layer of soup mixture.

  • Step 4: Repeat with second layer if needed.

  • Step 5: Cover with remaining soup mixture.

  • Step 6: Cover dish with foil and bake at 350 for 110 minutes
