Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces tilapia fish fillets (two 4 ounce fillets, or your favorite fish)
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (I use Splenda brown sugar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/8 teaspoon Sriracha sauce (or to your taste)
  • 1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put all ingredients EXCEPT FISH in a small bowl. Stir till well mixed.

  • Step 2: Pour sauce into a non-stick skillet. Lay fish fillets in the skillet. Cover.

  • Step 3: Turn heat on medium-low and simmer 15 minutes. Carefully turn fish over with 2 spatulas, because the fish may break apart.

  • Step 4: Simmer 15 more minutes. Watch to make sure the sauce doesn't boil away.

  • Step 5: Plate fish. Then bring sauce to a boil and reduce to a slightly thickened sauce. Pour over fish fillets.
