Step 1: Preheat oven to 325' F.
Step 2: In an uncovered pan pour the raw, shelled peanuts 3 or 4 peanut layers thick. Place in oven.
Step 3: After 15 minutes, remove pan to stir peanuts thoroughly, sample a peanut by tasting, then return to oven.
Step 4: Stir and taste again after 7 minutes, then again after another 5 minutes.
Step 5: Continue this process until peanuts are to your taste. It will take 35 minutes or more, most likely.
