Step 1: Preheat your oven to 180’c
Step 2: Into a small bowl; combine the soy, veg oil, chili powder, curry powder, salt, ginger and garlic paste, rice wine and honey and miz well.
Step 3: Pour the marinade over the chicken and massage the marinade well into the chicken and refrigerate. The longer you marinate the better.
Step 4: Place the marinated chicken wings into a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place in the oven and bake for at least 60 minutes
Step 5: - turning the wings in the sauce from time to time, so as to coat the sauce and making sure the wings do not to stick.
Step 6: The chicken wings should be sticky & golden brown when fully cooked. Remove the chicken wings to a serving dish and drizzle over any of the pan juices.
Step 7: Serve.
