  • 8 ounces ham,minced
  • 1 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup onions,chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic,smashed
  • 1 can (6 ounces) mushrooms
  • 1 can (10 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoons parsley,minced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese,grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta al dente

  • Step 2: Drain

  • Step 3: Meanwhile

  • Step 4: Heat butter add onions

  • Step 5: Add garlic

  • Step 6: Cook until garlic is golden

  • Step 7: Add soup and milk

  • Step 8: Wash cans out with little water

  • Step 9: Add seasonings ,mushrooms and cream

  • Step 10: Simmer dont boil

  • Step 11: Add ham

  • Step 12: Add pasta and let it cook the rest of the way in the sauce

  • Step 13: Plate

  • Step 14: Top with cheese and parsley you can add this to pan if your not being fancy
