  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese,shredded
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoons parsley
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Filling;
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onions,chopped
  • 2 mushrooms,chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook beef and onion

  • Step 2: Add mushrooms

  • Step 3: Drain grease if you need to

  • Step 4: Add peas and carrots and beef broth

  • Step 7: Cut the potato like a boat

  • Step 8: Scoop out potato into a bowl
