Step 1: Preheat oven to 300°F.
Step 2: Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar about 2 minutes.
Step 3: Add eggs, vanilla and lemon juice, about 2 minutes, or until light and fluffy, scraping down bowl.
Step 4: Mix dry ingredients in another bowl use a whisk and mix thoroughly
Step 5: Add to creamed mixture
Step 6: Don’t overmix.
Step 7: By hand ,stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
Step 8: Portion dough with a scoop (about 3 tablespoons) onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper about 2 inches apart.
Step 9: Bake for 20 to 23 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and center is still soft.
Step 10: Remove from oven and cool on baking sheet for about 1 hour.( ok who waits an hour for hot chocolate chip cookies ?)
