  • 3 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped (fresh)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 garlic clove, grated (small cloved)
  • Bibb leaves (10 small to medium Bibb lettuce leaves)
  • 1/4 cup radish, thinly sliced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook the asparagus in boiling water for 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain again.

  • Step 2: Combine dill and the next 7 ingredients (through garlic) in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk.

  • Step 3: Divide the lettuce, asparagus, and radishes evenly among two plates. Drizzle each serving with about 2 1/2 tablespoons of the buttermilk dressing. Enjoy!
