Step 1: Combine all ingredients; knead together until well combined.
Step 2: Shape into 16 1/2-inch patties. (you can make them larger for a full size bun, but cook a bit longer).
Step 3: Cook the patties in batches in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes; turn patties and cook 3 more minutes or until done.
Step 4: Serve as a breakfast sausage or on a toasted slider bun with your choice of condiments. (I like mayo and butter lettuce).
