  • 1 tablespoons horseradish mustard ,to taste
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1/16 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoons chives,minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt butter

  • Step 2: Add onions

  • Step 3: Dont brown, just get translucent

  • Step 4: Add garlic

  • Step 5: Seasoning

  • Step 6: Add cauliflower and broth simmer for 30 minutes

  • Step 7: Use immersion blender

  • Step 8: Take off heat

  • Step 9: Mix cream mustard and egg yolk together

  • Step 10: Temper the egg mixture
