Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 heads lettuce (butter lettuce, leaves separated)
  • 500 grams persimmons (3 persimmons, ripe, peeled and cut into wedges)
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup salad dressing (pomegranate and nut oil dressing, subbing hazelnut oil for the walnut oil)
  • 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts (toasted, garnish)
