Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 banana (large ripe banana)
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mash the banana and mix well with the cooked quinoa, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, chia seeds and vanilla.

  • Step 2: Divide into four 1 cup containers. (I use canning jars)

  • Step 3: Top with chopped walnuts, cover containers and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
