Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Get out a medium bowl and combine all the crust ingredients together.
Step 3: Press into a 9 inch pie pan. ( Keep in mind that it doesn't need to go to the very top of the pan, anyway.)
Step 4: Place into the oven for 7 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned and then let it cool.
Step 5: In a 2 quart saucepan, combine the marshmallows, milk, sugar, and coffee granules; cooking on low and stirring constantly. Cook until the marshmallows are completely melted. Pour this mixture into a large bowl and let it cool.
Step 6: Next, pour the 2 tablespoons of bourbon or whiskey into the marshmallow mixture.
Step 7: Whip the heavy whipping cream, then fold it into the same mixture. Pour this into the cooled graham cracker crust and place the pie into the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until it's set.
