Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound butter, room temperature
  • 2 mangos, peeled, pitted and chopped (you should have 2 cups)
  • 4 tablespoons fruit glaze (passionfruit glaze or what you have available)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 1/2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a bowl of an electric mixer add the butter and beat until butter is whipped and white. Set aside.

  • Step 2: In a bowl of a food processor (or use a blender) add the mango and puree.

  • Step 3: Add the mango puree and the rest of the ingredients (-parsley) to the whipped butter and mix well to combine; cover and refrigerate in an airtight container. The mango butter can also be frozen.
