Step 1: In a bowl of an electric mixer add the butter and beat until butter is whipped and white. Set aside.
Step 2: In a bowl of a food processor (or use a blender) add the mango and puree.
Step 3: Add the mango puree and the rest of the ingredients (-parsley) to the whipped butter and mix well to combine; cover and refrigerate in an airtight container. The mango butter can also be frozen.
