Step 1: Prepare grill to medium heat.
Step 2: Fold a 36 x 18 inch piece of foil in half to make an 18 inch square.
Step 3: In the center of the foil place the vegetables (carrots - green onions) and top with the hoisin sauce.
Step 4: Double fold the opposite edges of the foil, leaving a bit of space so veggies can breathe and then fold the edges to seal.
Step 5: Grill packet on prepared covered grill for 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender. Open carefully and if desired sprinkle with sesame seeds and/or crushed red pepper flakes.
