Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 cups snow peas (trimmed,(cut in half)
  • 1 1/2 cups carrots, peeled and sliced on the bias
  • 4 green onions, sliced on the bias into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • Toasted sesame seeds, optional
  • Crushed red pepper, optional

How to Make

  • Step 1: Prepare grill to medium heat.

  • Step 2: Fold a 36 x 18 inch piece of foil in half to make an 18 inch square.

  • Step 3: In the center of the foil place the vegetables (carrots - green onions) and top with the hoisin sauce.

  • Step 4: Double fold the opposite edges of the foil, leaving a bit of space so veggies can breathe and then fold the edges to seal.

  • Step 5: Grill packet on prepared covered grill for 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender. Open carefully and if desired sprinkle with sesame seeds and/or crushed red pepper flakes.
