Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 kg mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 50 grams butter
  • 125 ml sour cream (fresh can be used also)
  • 125 ml red wine (decent quality)
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • Salt, to season
  • Pepper, to season

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat the butter in a shallow pan; add the mushrooms, parsley, salt, pepper and caraway seeds and slowly cook for 15 minutes.

  • Step 2: Mix the flour with a little of the wine to make a smooth thin paste and stir this into the mushrooms, making sure that the mixture is completely smooth. Add the rest of the wine and the cream and continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes, stirring gently from time to time.

  • Step 3: Remove from heat and serve.
