Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 9 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts (diced, 3 breasts)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce (Kraft brand)
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 stalk green onion, sliced into thin rings (garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (divided, garnish)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium bowl, mix water, barbecue sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar and minced garlic.

  • Step 2: Place chicken inside inner pot of pressure cooker. Cover chicken with sauce. Stir to coat all pieces.

  • Step 3: Seal and pressure cook on high (5 minutes).

  • Step 4: Release the pressure and press the saute button.

  • Step 5: In a small bowl, mix water and cornstarch together. Add to the chicken and stir well.

  • Step 6: Saute until sauce thickens (about 2 minutes). Remove from pot and serve over hot cooked rice. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds
