Step 1: In a medium bowl, mix water, barbecue sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar and minced garlic.
Step 2: Place chicken inside inner pot of pressure cooker. Cover chicken with sauce. Stir to coat all pieces.
Step 3: Seal and pressure cook on high (5 minutes).
Step 4: Release the pressure and press the saute button.
Step 5: In a small bowl, mix water and cornstarch together. Add to the chicken and stir well.
Step 6: Saute until sauce thickens (about 2 minutes). Remove from pot and serve over hot cooked rice. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds
