Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 can (213 grams) salmon (drained and bones removed)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon dill pickle juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
  • Pepper, dash
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup minced dill pickle
  • 2 tablespoons chopped hot pickled peppers
  • 1 teaspoon hot pickled pepper juice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix the salmon, egg, coconut flour, dill pickle juice, onion powder, garlic powder, chicken bouillon granules and pepper together in a bowl and form into 1” balls placing them on a rimmed baking sheet that has been coated with non-stick spray.

  • Step 2: Place in a pre-heated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven and cook for 15 minutes.

  • Step 3: Meanwhile mix together the mayonnaise dill pickle, hot pickled peppers and hot pickled pepper juice.

  • Step 4: When salmon balls are cooked, serve with mayo mixture to dip in.
