Step 1: To make sauce, combine all ingredients in a small jug.
Step 2: Place salmon on an oven tray lined with baking paper and spoon half the sauce evenly over salmon and then scatter with sesame seeds.
Step 3: Cook in a very hot oven (220C) for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
Step 4: Meanwhile, heat rice according to packet directions.
Step 5: Serve salmon with rice, steamed greens and remaining sauce.
