Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 800 grams skinless salmon fillets, 4 x 200 grams fresh fillets
  • 3 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 450 grams long-grain brown rice, 1 packet microwave rice
  • Baby gai lan, to serve - freshly steamed
  • Pak choy, to serve - freshly steamed
  • SAUCE:-
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, fresh and finely grated
  • 1 clove garlic, small and minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: To make sauce, combine all ingredients in a small jug.

  • Step 2: Place salmon on an oven tray lined with baking paper and spoon half the sauce evenly over salmon and then scatter with sesame seeds.

  • Step 3: Cook in a very hot oven (220C) for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.

  • Step 4: Meanwhile, heat rice according to packet directions.

  • Step 5: Serve salmon with rice, steamed greens and remaining sauce.
