Step 1: In large bowl dissolve yeast in warm water.
Step 2: Premix the sugar, the teaspoon of salt, and the flour and stir into the yeast mixture, along with the oil.
Step 3: Beat vigorously about 20 strokes.
Step 4: Let dough rest 5 minutes.
Step 5: Mix the tomato sauce, the 1/8 tsp. salt, garlic, and black pepper in medium bowl.
Step 6: Grease a 12-14" pizza pan and put ball of dough on it, spreading dough to sides of pan to form a ½"-thick crust.
Step 7: Spread dough with sauce and sprinkle oregano over sauce.
Step 8: Top sauce with the mushrooms, green pepper, and onion.
Step 9: Cover with cheese.
Step 10: Bake in preheated 425' oven 20-25 minutes or until crust is brown.
Step 11: Cut into 8 slices.
