  • 8 ounces swiss cheese,diced
  • 2 eggs ,beaten
  • 1/2 cup onions,chopped
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper,chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sherry

  • Step 1: Mix everything but the sherry

  • Step 2: Put into greased pam sprayed loaf pan

  • Step 3: Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour

  • Step 5: Bake 30 more minutes
