  • 4 avocados
  • 2 oranges,peeled, segmented
  • 1 head bibb lettuce,torn
  • Fish:
  • 1 pound cod
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salad:
  • 1/4 cup black olives,chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon onion, grated
  • 1 tablespoon green bell pepper,grated
  • 1 tablespoons cucumber, grated
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, minced
  • 1 tablespoons pimento, minced
  • 1 teaspoon capers,minced
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt
  • 1/16 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat the fish until done about 15 minutes in salted water and lemon juice

  • Step 2: Remove ,drain flake

  • Step 3: Mix all salad ingredients

  • Step 4: Plate

  • Step 5: Put down lettuce

  • Step 6: Put on 1 peeled ,pitted avocado to each plate

  • Step 7: Gently add flaked fish to salad mixture

  • Step 8: Stuff avocados with fish mixture

  • Step 9: Place orange slices on lettuce
