Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 avocados,chopped
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, diced
  • 1 carrot,grated
  • 2 radishes, sliced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 pound skinless center cut salmon
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt
  • 1/16 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
  • Dressing:
  • ⅛ cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 shallot,diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Drizzle lemon juice on top of salmon

  • Step 2: And season with salt and pepper,

  • Step 3: Let sit for 10 minutes.

  • Step 4: Heat frying pan with 1 tablespoons of olive oil.

  • Step 5: Get it hot

  • Step 6: Cook salmon until opaque.

  • Step 7: Only flip once

  • Step 8: There should be about 8 minutes total cooking time.

  • Step 9: Place to side and let rest for about 5 minutes.

  • Step 10: Wash and chop romaine.

  • Step 11: Add cucumber,radishes, mushrooms,parsley and carrots.

  • Step 12: Toss

  • Step 13: Chop salmon into small cubes

  • Step 14: Then add to top of salad.

  • Step 15: Add avocado with the salmon

  • Step 16: Mix all the dressing ingredients together with a whisk

  • Step 17: Pour over the salad

  • Step 18: Add salt and pepper to flavor
