  • 1 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic,smashed
  • 1 cup onions,chopped
  • 1 cup celery,chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 pounds potatoes,peeled, chopped
  • 1 bag(16 ounces)frozen mixed broccoli carrots cauliflower
  • 1 can(10 ounces)cheddar cheese soup
  • 2 cans (20 ounces)cream of mushroom soup,(10 ounces each)
  • 1 pound velveeta cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add butter to stockpot

  • Step 2: Add onions and celery and pepper

  • Step 3: Add garlic

  • Step 4: Add broth,Worcestershire sauce and bay leaf

  • Step 5: Simmer broth 20 minutes.

  • Step 6: Add potatoes, and frozen veggies & cook 30 minutes.

  • Step 7: Add soups & cheese and cook until cheese melts.

  • Step 8: Take out bay leaf
