Step 1: Spread the sweet potato chips over an oiled, large oven tray.
Step 2: Cook in a hot oven (200C), turning halfway, for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until crisp.
Step 3: Remove tray from oven and transfer chips to a large oven-proof dish and carefully toss tortilla strips through chips.
Step 4: Drizzle sauce over chip mixture and sprinkle with corn, black beans and cheese and return to the oven and cook for a further 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Step 5: Serve nachos with avocado.
