  • 1/4 cup dry red wine

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Crust:
  • 1 cup water,warm
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Topping:
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces sausage
  • 4 ounces pepperoni, sliced
  • 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup onion,chopped
  • 1/3 cup black olives, sliced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Crust:

  • Step 2: Dissolve package of yeast in warm water

  • Step 3: Let proof until bubbly
