  • 4 ounces canadian bacon,(4 slices)
  • 2 ounces swiss cheese,(2 slices)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chives,minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  • Step 2: Butter and pam spray two gratin dishes

  • Step 3: Place 2 slices Canadian bacon in bottom

  • Step 4: Put a mushroom sliced over ham

  • Step 5: Then place a slice of cheese over mushrooms

  • Step 6: Break 2 eggs over cheese

  • Step 7: Dot with sour cream that you have mixed chives in

  • Step 8: Season to taste

  • Step 9: Bake in oven 20 minutes until eggs are set to your taste ,im baking longer becase mr picky likes eggs well done
