Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 can (8 ounces) green chilies, chopped
  • 1 package (16 ounces) sour cream
  • 1 can (15 ounces)black olives,drained
  • 24 ounces cooked white rice ,(3 cups)
  • 8 ounces monterey jack cheese,shredded
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese,shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix the chilies with the sour cream

  • Step 2: And 1/2 the olives that you have slicedor chopped

  • Step 3: Season rice with salt and pepper

  • Step 4: In 2 quart casserole that you have buttered and sprayed pam

  • Step 5: Put a layer of rice a layer of sour cream mixture

  • Step 6: A layer of cheeses

  • Step 7: Repeat top layer must be rice to start

  • Step 8: Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees

  • Step 9: Last 5 minutes sprinkle with cheeses ,

  • Step 10: Whole black olives and paprika

  • Step 11: Bake 5 more minutes until cheese is melted
