  • 2 ounces bacon, chopped, (2 slices)
  • 1/4 cup onion,minced
  • 1 clove garlic,smashed
  • 1 tablespoons red bell pepper,minced
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomatoes
  • 1/16 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt
  • 1/16 teaspoon pepper

  • Step 1: In saute pan

  • Step 2: Heat bacon

  • Step 3: Add onions and bell pepper

  • Step 4: Cook until tender

  • Step 7: Simmer for 20 minutes until reduced but not cooked dry or burnt

  • Step 8: It will be thick
