Step 1: Beat eggs and sugar together until thick.
Step 2: Add oil and vanilla and mix well.
Step 3: Stir in flour, baking powder, and almonds.
Step 4: Pour batter into lightly oiled and floured 9"x5"x3" loaf pan just to cover bottom of pan.
Step 5: Sprinkle on some of the cinnamon.
Step 6: Add another layer of batter and cinnamon.
Step 7: Continue until all of the batter and cinnamon are used.
Step 8: Bake at 350' F. (preheated) 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 9: Bread will be dense. Remove from pan, cool on wire rack.
Step 10: Cut into ½-inch slices. Put each slice on lightly oiled baking sheet and toast in 400' oven 5-6 minutes.
