  • 1 cup Wheaties cereal (wheat flakes)
  • 1 cup rolled oats (raw rolled oats)
  • 1/3 cup bran flakes
  • ½ cup wheat germ
  • 1 ounce dried apricots (halves, 4 dried apricots, chopped)
  • 4 tablespoons seedless raisins
  • 1/2 ounce dried apples (2 apple rings, chopped OR ½ ounce pitted dates, 1½ dates chopped)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix flakes, wheat germ, dried apple rings (or dates), apricots, and raisins in a jar.

  • Step 4: Can be stored dry indefinitely.
