Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 to 6 ounces shrimp (large shrimp)
  • 1 1/2 quarts water, boiling
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 garlic clove, or more, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped shallots (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon bread crumbs (or to taste, fine dry bread crumbs)
  • Fresh parsley,pinch chopped
  • Worcestershire sauce (4 drops)
  • Tabasco (1 drop)
  • 3 tablespoons butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add salt to water. Shell and devein shrimp and cook in boiling salted water 8 minutes.

  • Step 2: Arrange shrimp in buttered individual ramekin or small individual baking dish.

  • Step 3: Gradually work garlic, shallots, bread crumbs, parsley, Worcestershire and Tabasco into butter.

  • Step 4: Spoon this mixture on top of the shrimp.

  • Step 5: Bake at 350' for 8 minutes or longer.
