  • 2 tablespoons red bell pepper,minced
  • 1 clove garlic,smashed
  • 1/4 cup frozen corn
  • 2 green onions,minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 package (16 ounces )raw long grain rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoons butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: In covered pan

  • Step 2: Heat butter

  • Step 3: Add bell pepper and onions

  • Step 4: Cook until softened

  • Step 5: Add rice and seasoning

  • Step 7: Add broth and corn

  • Step 8: Cover simmer 20 minutes

  • Step 9: Add tablespoon butter at end leave lid on for 5 minutes off the heat
