Step 1: Place a skillet over medium high heat. Sprinkle fish with 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper. Add butter to skillet and after the butter melts add the fish and cook 1 minute. Stir in wine; cover; reduce heat to medium-low and cook 5-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Step 2: Using another small skillet over high heat add the tomatoes and oil and cook for under 5 minutes or until charred.
Step 3: Place 1 fillet on each of 4 shallow dishes; spoon cooking liquid over and then divide tomatoes among all 4 dishes. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt and the dill. Garnish with fresh oregano, if desired.
