  • 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 425

  • Step 2: Rub squash with oil

  • Step 3: Put on cookie sheet

  • Step 4: Bake 15 minutes

  • Step 7: Add salmon that you have brushed heavily both sides in sauce

  • Step 8: Put on cookie sheet

  • Step 9: Bake 12 minutes until fish flakes
