Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 100 grams butter, chopped, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 4 (120 grams) ciabatta bread buns (mini ciabattas)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place butter, garlic, Parmesan and parsley in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper and stir until well till combined.

  • Step 2: Cut rolls in half horizontally and spread garlic butter over cut side of each half and place buttered-side up on an oven tray lined with baking paper.

  • Step 3: Cook in a hot oven (200C) for about 10 minutes, or until bread is lightly browned.

  • Step 4: Serve garlic bread hot.
