Step 1: In a large measuring cup, or the container of a stick blender, blend together until smooth, the beans, lemon juice, zest, water, Italian seasoning, and salt.
Step 2: Mound onto serving dish, stir in the pesto and most of the chopped tomato, reserving a little for garnish.
Step 3: Chill for at least 30 minutes. (Cook time is actually chill time)
Step 4: To serve, let come back to room temperature and sprinkle with reserved tomato and chives.
Step 5: Can be served with crackers or crudités. 1 WW point per serving (blue & green).
