Step 1: Let mushrooms stand in water at least 2 hours
Step 2: Then simmer for 30 minutes
Step 3: It says run through sieve but we have
Step 4: Stick blenders now
Step 5: Add flour to light cream,whisk in to mushroom soup
Step 6: Add seasonings and well seasoned chicken broth
Step 7: Bring to a simmer and when perfectly smooth run through a fine stainer ,for me this is when i would use stick blender
Step 8: Right before serving fold in whipped cream and you could put a dollop on top of the soup bowls for garnishments
