Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound mushrooms, minced
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups light cream
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/16 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Let mushrooms stand in water at least 2 hours

  • Step 2: Then simmer for 30 minutes

  • Step 3: It says run through sieve but we have

  • Step 4: Stick blenders now

  • Step 5: Add flour to light cream,whisk in to mushroom soup

  • Step 6: Add seasonings and well seasoned chicken broth

  • Step 7: Bring to a simmer and when perfectly smooth run through a fine stainer ,for me this is when i would use stick blender

  • Step 8: Right before serving fold in whipped cream and you could put a dollop on top of the soup bowls for garnishments
