Step 4: Add water ( they only used 1 cup)and potatoes
Step 5: Cook until tender about 15 minutes add soup,rinse out can with milk, sour cream and seasonings
Step 6: Simmer dont boil
Step 7: Cook until hot
Step 8: Add crumbled bacon
