Step 1: Pour hot pasta sauce into a 9" deep dish pie plate. (I use a 2" deep corning ware pie plate)
Step 2: Make an indentation in sauce with a large spoon crack the shell and place egg in indentation; repeat for remainder of eggs. Season eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Place in a preheated 400 degree Fahrenheit oven and cook for 20 minutes or until white of egg is cooked and yolk is to you desired doneness.
Step 4: Serve with crusty bread or toast.
Step 5: Enjoy!
