  • Step 1: Steam the asparagus until tender

  • Step 2: Plate onto 4 plates ,or one if your serving family style

  • Step 3: Across the center of the asparagus pour 1/4 of the sauce

  • Step 4: Add one of the eggs chopped finely over the sauce sprinkle some ham then some parsley

  • Step 5: Serve
