Step 1: In brown paper bag, add in the cornstarch. Add in the chicken pieces then shake to coat
Step 2: Add vegetable and sesame oil to the wok and fry chicken pieces until golden brown.
Step 3: Remove and drain on paper towels.
Step 4: Add zucchini and mushrooms to the wok and stir fry for a few minutes.
Step 5: Add soy sauce, vinegar, minced fresh garlic, and gingers to the wok stirring to coat and stir fry until mushrooms and zucchini are fully cooked.
Step 6: Add chicken back in
Step 7: Add sesame seeds
Step 8: Chicken stock stir in a teaspoon of cornstarch from bag
Step 9: Add to wok
Step 10: Stir until thickened
