Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 6 cups cooked jasmine white rice
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup ham,diced fine
  • 8 ounces shrimp, deveined, peeled
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, diced
  • 1/2 cup carrots, diced fine
  • 1 teaspoons salt, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Season rice with soy sauce, salt and pepper

  • Step 2: Mix

  • Step 3: Heat wok smoking hot

  • Step 4: With oils

  • Step 5: Saute carrots onions and mushrooms

  • Step 7: Saute shrimp and ham and peas

  • Step 8: Take out

  • Step 9: Add rice and eggs

  • Step 10: Stir vigorously
